Yoga Touch in group and private classes

We will go through the different ways we can use our hands when guiding our students  in the yoga classes.

What kind of touch should we use? Should it be light or strong? Should it be fast or slow? Should we use the whole hand or just a one finger? What is too much and what is not enough ?  

All this topics will  be covered in depth for the group and for the private class environments.

We will go through the different cases and see what kind of touch is more appropriate and why.

We will have plenty of practice to make sure that you are comfortable with your hands.  

Hopefully, this class will help you to become a better and more confident teacher.
